How do I use it?
Adults & children aged 12+:1ml of oil per day with food or drink. Either drop straight into your mouth, or mix the oil into food (smoothies, yoghurt, porridge & overnight oats all work well). Adults: Efamol advises optimising the body’s natural store of these important nutrients by increasing the recommended intake for the first twelve weeks.
Children aged 5+:0.5ml of oil per day with food or drink.
As a beauty oil: Apply the oil topically to your skin for an instant moisture boost.
In Efamol’s recent skin study, participants took the double dose (2000mg per day) for 12 weeks. 82% agreed their skin was beautifully smooth and nourished looking.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
